Getting Started With Vending Service
Call (330) 662-8088 or visit www.buckeyevends.com. We evaluate employee count and traffic. Qualified locations receive delivery, setup, and full service at no cost.
We do it all: delivery, leveling, testing, cashless reader install, pricing, labeling, initial stocking, and ongoing monitoring.
You provide: secure space, 110 V outlet within 6 ft, 8 in vent clearance, and reasonable access. Please don’t move machines — we handle relocations professionally.
Our Free Placement Program is provided at no cost for qualifying locations.
- Every location is unique, and a variety of factors can influence eligibility. We encourage you to reach out so we can review your site and recommend the best fit. For locations that don’t qualify for free placement, we do offer low-cost service and compact equipment options designed for smaller spaces or lighter traffic, with the flexibility to transition into free placement as volume grows.
We restock by data, not calendar. When inventory drops below 25–40 %, you’re automatically added to our route. Most sites are serviced weekly or bi-weekly; if demand spikes, we come sooner to keep you full.
Employee Perk Program & Refreshment Savings
Our Employee Perk Program lets you offer free or discounted items without the shopping or restocking burden.
How it works:
- We install and service a machine or Smart Cooler.
- You choose which items are free, discounted, or paid.
- Example: free water, paid chips and soda.
- We track usage and invoice only for the free items.
If your location qualifies for Free Placement, there’s no extra charge beyond dispensed items.
For monthly clients, it’s an optional add-on with a small fee.

Pricing reflects full professional delivery and setup value, not a discounted “biz-op” kit. If you later want us to manage your location, we can evaluate for route fit and convert it to a service plan.
